By accessing fluxworks.cloud or engaging FluxWorks for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
FluxWorks provides web design and development, Google Business Profile (Google Maps) optimization, and local SEO services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any project will be agreed separately in writing (e.g. via email or a proposal) before work begins.
Any free audit, consultation or estimate provided by FluxWorks is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract. Formal engagements begin only once both parties agree to a written proposal.
To deliver our services, we may require access to certain accounts (such as your Google Business Profile, domain registrar, or hosting account) and content (text, images, logos). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide to us.
Pricing, payment schedules and any included services (such as domain or hosting for an initial period) will be outlined in your project proposal. Late or missing payments may result in a pause of services.
FluxWorks offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its service fees, calculated from the date your project is delivered or launched. If you are not satisfied with the results within that 30-day period, you may request a refund of the service fees you have paid to FluxWorks for that project.
This guarantee applies only to FluxWorks' own service fees. It does not cover, and FluxWorks will deduct from any refund, the actual cost of any third-party products, services, or expenses already incurred on your behalf in connection with the project, including but not limited to domain name registration, web hosting, software licenses, subscriptions, or other third-party tools or fees (collectively, "Third-Party Costs").
For example, if you paid FluxWorks $500 for a project, and $30 of that amount was used to cover domain registration and one month of hosting, your refund under this guarantee would be $470 ($500 minus the $30 in Third-Party Costs already incurred).
Third-Party Costs are non-refundable once incurred, regardless of whether a refund is issued for the remaining service fees, as these amounts are paid by FluxWorks to third-party providers on your behalf and are not recoverable by FluxWorks. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at mike@fluxworks.cloud within the 30-day period. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after the request is approved.
While we apply best practices to improve your website's performance and your visibility on Google Search and Google Maps, search rankings are ultimately controlled by Google and can be affected by many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for your project transfers to you. FluxWorks retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FluxWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
